Lullcast turns a topic or source you choose into a personalised audio lesson. Graphicmade Ltd operates Lullcast and is responsible for the data described here.
Data we collect
- Account details such as your email address, name and sign-in provider.
- Your learning preferences, prompts, saved ideas, uploaded sources, generated scripts and audio, listening progress, recall answers and feedback.
- Subscription status and purchase identifiers supplied by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Device push token and notification preferences when you enable notifications.
- Basic technical records needed to secure and operate the service, such as request times and error logs.
How we use data
We use this data to create and deliver lessons, save your library and progress, manage subscriptions, send notifications you request, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising trackers.
Service providers
We share only the data required to run Lullcast with Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; Google Gemini for lesson and narration generation; Fly.io for application hosting; RevenueCat, Apple and Google for subscriptions; and Expo for push delivery and app updates. Their processing may occur outside your country under their applicable safeguards.
Retention and your choices
We retain account content while your account is active and for the limited period needed for backups, security and legal obligations. You can delete your account and associated content from Profile → Delete account. You can also disable notifications in the app or device settings.
Children
Lullcast is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can remove it.
