Email hello@graphicmade.co. Include the email on your Lullcast account, your device model and what happened. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Purchases
Open Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Generation
Keep Lullcast online while a lesson is being prepared. You can leave the app and return when the generation-ready notification arrives. If a request fails, retry from your saved idea.
Account deletion
Open Profile → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account, episodes, uploaded sources, saved ideas and progress. You do not need to contact support. Subscription transaction records and limited security or backup records may remain only as required for billing, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or routine backup expiry.
