By using Lullcast, you agree to these terms. Lullcast provides personalised, AI-generated educational audio for general learning and relaxation.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for having the right to submit any source material. You keep ownership of your material and allow us to process it only as needed to provide and improve the service. Do not submit illegal, harmful or infringing content.

AI-generated information

Generated lessons can contain mistakes or omit context. Lullcast is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Verify important information with a qualified source.

Subscriptions

Prices and renewal periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before renewal. Deleting Lullcast does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Availability and acceptable use

We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may limit access needed to protect the service or other users. Do not probe, disrupt, automate abusive traffic to, or attempt to bypass limits in Lullcast.

Ending use

You can stop using Lullcast at any time and delete your account in Profile. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Graphicmade Ltd, without limiting rights that consumer law gives you.
